"Good prices, shipping could be better"
I’ve bought from Primary Arms a handful of times now and most the time their prices are better than what I see other places. The value is good too, especially when they got a sale going on. Only reason I’d say 4 stars is the shipping ain’t always super fast, and sometimes once shipping gets added it doesn’t feel like as much of a deal. Still, I’d order from them again.

"Really Happy With This Optic"
I ordered an optic from primaryarms.com and I’m pleased with it. The clarity is really nice, especially in daylight, and the image looks sharp without the edges getting too blurry. It does get a tiny bit glarey at higher brightness settings, but it hasn’t bothered me much at all. Shipping was smooth too, which was a nice bonus. I’d give it 4 stars because it’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price, I’m genuinely happy with it and think it’s a very solid buy

I placed my order last week and the whole process was smooth. The site was easy enough to use, and everything went through fine. The only thing that caught me off guard was the shipping cost when I got to checkout. It was a bit higher than I expected, and for smaller orders, it makes me second-guess whether it’s worth it. Overall, not a bad experience at all, I just wish the shipping was a little cheaper.

The reticle is nice and clear, and useful once you get the hang of it. Took me a little bit to get used to at first, but after that it’s been solid. Works great for range days, no complaints really.

I also liked that the finish looked clean and matched my setup better than I expected. Shipping was decent too. My only small complaint is that the compatibility info on the listing could be a little clearer, since I had to double-check a few details elsewhere before ordering.

"Surprisingly solid support"
I had a question about my order and messaged them thinking I probably wouldn’t hear back for a while. Weirdly enough, they replied the same day, which was both surprising and kind of what I wish every company did. The answer didn’t feel like a canned copy-paste response either; they actually addressed what I asked. I wouldn’t say I’m easily impressed by customer service, but I was happy with how quickly everything got sorted. I’d order from them again, even though I still don’t love having to contact support in the first place.

The box showed up looking perfect, which I really appreciated because sometimes packages get knocked around during shipping and you can tell right away from the corners or dents. This one arrived clean, sturdy, and with no damage that I could see, so everything felt well taken care of from the moment it got delivered.

"Helpful support, even with a short wait"
I had a mounting issue and, my gut was telling me it was going to turn into a whole complicated thing. But support clearly knew what they were talking about and walked me through it in a simple way. I did have to wait a bit on chat, but once they answered, the fix made sense and worked just fine.
